leaky cartridge.

I opened the black cartridge and when I did the ink spilled all over my hands and desk. I had to use cotton swabs to absorb some of the in the cartridge before I could install it in the printer. Whats up with that? This is the first time that's ever happened. The color cart. installed without mishap.

Works Well but Costly

This cartridge works well and is easy to install, but the "XL" label is a bit misleading. Sure, this cartridge lasts longer and is more "economical" than the non-XL one, but that doesn't mean that it offers exceptional value. I default my B210 printer to the "draft" setting and I still go through one of these ink cartridges in a very short time. The previous XL cartridge was about double the size at less than double the cost and was a much better value.

I never have to worry that the cartridge will leak or not work. You don't really save anything by buying refills.

This is a good product, but pricey. A complete package of this ink cost as much as the printer does. By the time I buy this ink 3 times a year or more, I could buy a printer each time. But HP products are very good.
