Very dissatisfied withe the smaller siz of the smaller cartridge @ the "same price". Bring back the old size!

The Black XL ink cartridge does not print as many pages as listed. This means I have to buy often and thereby the product is expensive for the amount of use I get out of it. I bought this printer as a recommended substitute when my last HP product refused to work. This Black XL cartridge has even less printing capacity that the original printer cartridge did. Basically I'm buying the equivalent to a new printer every other month. Bad investment.

My HP photosmart c309-g is an ink hog. These cartridges dry up once installed, even if you don't use them. This means for someone that does not print 500 pages per month, most of the ink will dry up and not be used. I got 78 pages out of my last one. Nuff said.

This cartridge lasts a long time (although I wish there was a larger one) and is easy to install and recycle. The printer uses up most of the ink providing me warning when it is getting low, but allowing me to actually use it up and doesn't just stop working wasting ink.
I would recommend this to a friend!
