Don't settle for less. Tried several low cost brands to save money. Messy and never really worked that well. Get the best!

Great ink--great printing--BUT, the cartridge is about 50% of the size that it used to be and still it is at the same price and runs out quickly. I am positive there is less ink in the cartridge than before--so why is the price the same?

Bad Ribbon

I was disappointed with the last 564XL black ribbon. It had to be replaced, the ink was running all over the printouts. It gets to be costly when having to replace a ribbon with a little of usage.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Feedback on inks is wrong. Says a new cartridge is needed LONG before one is.

Not a real large cartridge

It's too bad the "XL" is not the XL of old. It is barely larger than the standard one and the only reason to purchase it now is convenience, not economy.
The ink is the same high quality.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Disappointed cartridges don't last long

I am disappointed that the ink cartridges for the Photosmart printer do not last very long. They are less expensive than cartridges for my HP Inkjet printer, but they don't last nearly as long. With the old printer, I only had to change the black cartridge about twice a year. I seem to be replacing one on my Photosmart printer every few weeks. I would not recommend a Photosmart printer except strictly for printing pictures.
