My old one ran out of ink. so bought two (2) 564Xl black cartridges
Installed the new replacement.. printer (7520 HP Photosmart AIO) will not recognize the new cartridge.. fussed around for two hours.. then thought I had a defective cartridge.. So opened the 2nd box and installed the other new one.. same thing.. will not recognize the cartridge.. put the old one back to see if I can get the printer to work.. it did.. so the printer will not recognize the new cartridges.. fussed around for another 2 hours .. gave up.. decided to buy a new printer HP Photosmart 8715.. now I am stuck with the other cartridges that I cant use.. I now have 5 useless brand new 564 color cartridges that I can not use as my new one uses an different cartridges..

I have been trying to get a cartridge that fit the regular slot on my hp printer and every order (5 of them) And every one is too big. I can get the color ok but not the black!

I’ve changed ALL the cartridges twice and still can’t get the black to print. Tried cleaning and aligning. Isn’t the first time this happened. Time for a new printer.

After trying "after market" cartridges, I went back to HP original cartridges. The after market cartridges did NOT LAST. Apparently, the after market cartridges may have been a little cheaper but quit printing in HALF TIME. In addition, the after market cartridge's colors (esp. the cyan) are not as vibrant. When copying in color, the blue prints out in a purple-magenta like color, not BLUE!!!
