i looked several times thru your web site, but could not find a combo of hese black inks, nor could i find the photo ink alone. i called cust. serv. by phone, and she was able to order the ink - in seperate boxes! so now i'm happy!

Short life span!

These HP XL cartridges have a very short life span and do not print anywhere near the amount of pages that HP claims. I am constantly changing cartridges and I am a casual user and don't run a business. Next time I buy a printer, I'll have to rethink this whole HP thing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

received black xl cartridge recently. it works perfectly. concerning the "xl" feature: i hope it gives me MANY more copies than the regular black one. time will tell. send another survey one month from now.

for its size, the hp 5510 aio printer is the best one i ever used. glad i extended my warantee.

Supposed to fit

This cartridge is supposed to be a replacement for a black general print cartridge in my photosmart C6380 printer. It is only 2/3 the width and much less page rating 550 vs. 800 than previous discontinued cartridge. Price however is not 2/3 original so it remains to be seen just how good a replacement this really is.

Wonderful product. I print on average, 30 plus sheets a day, and this ink really lasted a lot longer then the others I have tried. I will only use this brand! Very good value, you def get your moneys worth with this one!!!

Ive never been disapointed by HP products. Sometimes the ink may cost a little more, but I'm never disapointed in the quality.
