cartridge seemed to be dry. Had to clean it 3 times still didnt work well

I'm in Salt Lake County and when the ink first arrived, I think the cold weather sort of froze or thickened the ink. It would not print black ink, even during the tests even though the printer recognized a full cartridge. The next day it was perfect. Ordering process and shipment was awesome though.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Ordered this product with hopes that it was better than the knockoff cartridges, but I printed exactly two pages and then the ink was gone. I would like a replacement cartridge sent immediately or a refund for this purchase.

I was very concerned because previously this same cartridge had been a double wide in size. When it came to me it seemed only marginally larger than the regular ones, not the XL so I was not even sure if I received the right package. If a product changes this much in appearance there should be some sort of information or disclaimer explaining the reason for the change and how the new product compares in appearance and effectiveness to the previous one.
