It comes packaged well, loads easy, the print is quite ledgeable, and lasts a really long time. I do a lot of printing and I'm very happy with its performance. Thank you

Of the 3 Black 564 Xl ink I received. Only 1 has worked. Not satisfied this trip through! This is a first!

hopefully this will last as promised. the printer only calls for OEM so I have used it and the price was very reasonable.

I have had a number of HP printers, using various cartridges, but this is the first time I have had a new cartridge fail. I had to have it replaced. Fortunately the store I bought it would also replace it, but normally it is the manufacturer who replaces it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love HP cartridges, they are so easy to install as well as when you need ink they are easy to get out. My old HP printer used the 02 ink cartridge and that was my #1 favorite cartridge.
I would recommend this to a friend!
