My black ink cartridge ran out of ink unexpectedly. Having a new one ready to install within 1 day's time was unblievably quick and permitted me to finish a project on time.

Not the one I need

Although this product is what I ordered, it's not what I actually need. I NEED the small black ink cartridge for the Photosmart Premium series C309g. I realize the new printers don't have this cartridge but my printer is only 3 years old and works perfectly well. I've looked in all the stores in my area but cannot find this cartridge. I don't see it on your website either. I don't need a new printer, just the SMALL BLACK CARTRIDGE! For clarification, it's the one with the bow tie on it. Any suggestions as to where I can find one would be most helpful. Thank you.

This ink did not last long at all. 2 or 3 days. frustrating!!!

I have not replaced my 564 XL ink Cartridge in a while I was surprised the cartridge was smaller than the one I was replacing, I almost sent it back without opening the clear package, instead I looked over the package and labeling for what I ordered and what my printer (HP Photosmart C6380) uses was correct so I Tried it and although smaller it worked just fine.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I ordered four new catridges and of the four the 564 xl black will not give any ink !
