I purchased an 564xl black ink cartridge. what showed up is marked xl but is not an oversized cartridge as ordered it looks like the small standard cartridge, i am not sure it is even working because printed medium is NOT dark rich black it is grey and washed out - not hp standards - not acceptable!!!

I love the HP 564 XL Ink for my HP printer. It's the only brand I will buy because I know I can rely on it to do as it says and that I will get the most copies for my money.

Haven't unpacked it yet, but judging by the starter black ink cartridge, I know I'm going to be very happy. Installation is tricky, but once I get accustomed to this, I'll be fine. Great product, and thanks SO much for FINALLY making XL ink cartridges!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
