I have never had a leak with an HP cartridge but have with off brands,. I only buy factory products.

I always buy the XL cartridge. It lasts longer, I get more pages and thus the "print per page" cost is lower. The initial price is higher but its worth it. I never have a problem with any of the HP printer cartridges.
I would recommend this to a friend!

If you want to print great photos us HP inks, for a clear crisp picture. I even print on fabric with the HP inks. Wouldn't use anything else.

Bought the cartridge and it appeared to be fine. I then put the cartridge in my printer and it didnt work. How I can purchase an item from the manufacturer and it not work???? Last time Ill do that. HP continues to keep letting me down.

This genuine HP ink cartridge was delivered as promised, on time, and at a resonable price. On -line shoping would be a beautiful thing if all transactions were like this one!!!

I realize this is only for an ink order , but most of the time the local stores don't carry the XL size and the cost usually higher in the stores. I get my ink within a day or two and have never had a problem

The first printer cartdrige dried out.

The first ribbon I put in, must of been dried out, since it only last for three days, and I do very little printing, the next one seems fine, they usually last around two-three months, something must of been wrong with the first cartridge.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The ink cartridge I previously used did not last one month. I don't print out a lot and was surprised to see that it had such a short life span. Unfortunately, I have no alternative but to use 564XL, so I'm stuck. I would not ever buy another printer that used so many cartridges.
