XL is much better value

If you can afford XL cartridges, especially in black, it is well worth it. They last at least double the amount of time when used regularly.

They used to have a REAL 564XL that was a bigger cart and held much more ink. They did away with that and gave us this poor excuse for an XL ink when most of what is printed is black. I guess it was just an HP lets make more money off ink. Not only that , keep in mind that yellow is also used when printing in black. Not consumer friendly HP.....

The 564XL Black cartridge does not fit

I ordered two 564XL packets w/1 pink, 1 yellow, 1 blue, and 1 black refill. The black one does not click into the slot for black. The other three fit and work well. Good thing I purchased a package of 3 black cartridges. I hope they fit.

Disappointed in life of product. Printed maybe 80 pages in 3 or 4 months before quality of print went south. Cartdrige felt about same weight as new one.

This is my third purchase of the "hi yield" black ink cart. Twice I used half of the cartridge and it would no longer print black. I am very disappointed. This will be my last and final time I buy "high yield" ink cart. We'll see maybe the third time will be the charm.
