It doesn't last very long

When it shows that there is still ink in the cartridge the copies come out with lines and this happens all the time. I have a HP 7520

Changing ink cartridges is one of my least favorite jobs. Size XL creates a longer time span between ink cartridge changes. Why not give the larger ink cartridges a try? Installation is easy. In fact, the XL installs the same way as the smaller cartridges and lasts longer, too.

For the second time, I had problems getting a new black cartridge to work or print. The first time a year or so ago I actually replaced the new black cartridge with another new cartridge that worked immediately. Both cartridges had the same expiration date. This time the new magenta and yellow cartridge worked immediately. However, the new black cartridge would not print. I had to work through all the tools several times including the "clean cartridge" process and printed several reports before the black started working. This was a concern because it was my last black cartridge before receiving my order for two black cartridges. Looks like I might need to keep two spare black cartridges in case one does not print.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Haven't had an issue with HP in over 5 years....last order black ink cartridge either faulty and/or had no ink in it. I have been so busy have not had time to contact customer service . Please replace last order ASAP a...thankyou and best forward.
