I love the idea of having XL sized cartridges.

XL cartridges not only save you money but last longer and actually last beyond the warning you receive that it's about to run out of ink. You will not have to change cartridges nearly as often.

Fewer printed pages than represented. Cartridges may or may not work. Quality is great when they do! Customer service has been good.

564 cartridge problem

My hp Photosmart printer has died due to a belt failure. I have just invested in 564,cartridges and the printer is discontinued. I am disappointed and have these expensive cartridges and no printer. Should I buy HP again?

I recommend checking in with our phone support regarding possible service or exchange options on the cartridges. I am sorry to hear the printer stopped working and you have all that extra ink. Black text quit printing
