I always use genuine HP Ink and usually order on line. Great products and amazingly when I order on line, many times it comes the next day.

I've given up on your ink and printer, and bought a new printer. The inks have been trouble from the start. One arrived all dried up, and two others just failed for some reason.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Rarely reaches the published number of pages and several of these cartridges have quit way before being empty.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent ink. Would not use generic. However, your ordering procedure is a mess. Too complicated. Sometimes the order duplicates itself and I have to cancel the duplicate. Make ordering procedure more simple to use.
