When I loaded the new 564XL black ink into my printer it did not work. Then I tried the other Xl ink that I bought together and this did not work either. I researched the issue online and someone said they resolved this problem by using a regular 564 and it worked. So I went out and brought a 564 black ink, loaded it and it worked. Now I have two opened 564XL cartridges.
