As soon as my ink arrived I inserted my cartridge and attempted to print. Nothing came out. I then cleaned the heads and realigned 3 times and still nothing. What am I to do?

We received this product and put it in our printer and our printer is still saying out of ink and is printing blank papers. This is the second time I have had this problem with an order. I will not be ordering from you again
