Way too expensive. The printer eats cartridges up like candy.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi , thank you for your feedback, sorry to hear you are unhappy with the Page yield of your HP 564XL Black High-Yield Ink Cartridge. Historically printer manufacturers used their own methods for estimating page yield. However, this made it difficult to compare different products. Nowadays, the published page yield is based on the Industry Standard for measuring yields (refer to International Standards Organization ISO 24711). The actual yield varies considerably based on the content of the printed pages, the frequency of printing, the ink used in set-up etc. You may find that you will get more pages when printing in Fast draft mode. XL size cartridges offer up to 50% lower cost per page compared with standard size cartridges. Our recommendation would be that you leave your printer powered on in normal usage conditions, only power it down if you will not use it for an extended period of time (i.e.: longer than one month). I used to buy well ahead of our needs, but when I got a bad cartridge, it was out of warranty. Now, ink runs out today, order today get tomorrow or two days max. Great ink, great service
removing orange handle is difficult; orange strip tape tears off HP label unless I carefully cut it off before its removes the label at top of cartridge. This product is expensive for amount of ink it contains.
