GE is not what it used to be!

If I could leave zero stars, I would we spent money on a GE appliance thinking that we were going to get GE quality less than 4 years later it’s rusted and the paint is bubbling on the inside. Don’t waste your money.

quit after two weeks

the microwave was a great size, very nice looking, and easy to use BUT it quit working two weeks after I received it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Avoid products with cryptic controls and no manual

I bought this product several months ago and still have no idea how to operate it properly. There is no manual. Some of the buttons are followed by additional queries, but this product only has a numeric display and does not properly prompt the user. The text printed on the product offers little guidance. This is a 700W microwave. You should approximately double the cooking times printed on frozen food items.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Too small

I really wanted to replace my previous larger/more powerul GE microwave but it is now larger (too deep for my shelf). I bought this model and it is smaller that I would like and less powerful. Design is nice and it looks great. It is just slower that my previous unit.
