The best I can say is that it heats stuff up. Its light weight means it moves around on the counter when opening and closing, and the four feet are not level and we had to put something under one foot so it wouldn't wobble.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We're glad that your microwave is heating properly. However, the countertop microwave feet are about 1"H, which cannot be adjusted for leveling or removed.

I find the product does a good job and is as advertised. However, the latch to open the product is cheap and tinny sounding. I know it will fail some day, hopefully not too soon.

It has a pleasing appearance in that it blends in with the rest of the kitchen. We use it mainly to make tea, oatmeal, to warm up various food items and to defrost food. It does these quickly.
