A Great Product - Bought A Second One

This is my second time buying this exact countertop microwave. I need the small size for a specific spot in my kitchen. The last one was installed in 2017 and worked without a hitch. In fact, the old one still worked well, but the interior front trim started to peel from all the cleaning it has endured - the only reason I am replacing it.

Won't start after close door

Door closes & shows FOoD on display & won't work. I have to open & shut door hard & then it works. VERY Annoying!
