Nice little oven. Does what we need for reheating items. Only issue is that it does not appear to vent moisture during cooking as our previous microwave. When you open the door after cooking the door and interior are covered with moisture.

Beeping

For some reason, the beeping sound when something is finished and their microwave would not turn off. I had to unplug it in order for that to stop. If it happens again, I’m going to return the product.

We recommend resetting your microwave by disconnecting power from the unit for 2 - 3 minutes and reconnecting power. If this reset does not revert the unit back to normal operating function, we recommend taking advantage of your limited warranty. Best power control interface

One of the key reasons I chose this microwave was the ability to quickly program it to operate at lower power levels. I have convinced several people that the best way to prevent splatters is to reduce the power level. It take a bit longer, but not as long as it takes to clean splatters after an accident.
The key is to be able to set the lower power with fewer key strokes. The power level can be set with just two key strokes for any power level rather than 10 key strokes other microwave require to get to 10% power.
While not an advertised feature, the microwave can be programed with two cooking periods. This is helpful for frozen items to give them a boost of full power for a period of time, and then reduce the power to finish.
