No more beeps

I love this micro because it has a beep sound off or on button. GE was smarter than all their competition in putting this feature on their small microwaves. No more micro beeping you to death to tell you to open the door and get the food out. I also love the one touch feature in that by pressing one button only, the micro will cook for you for either 30 sec, 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 min. No more hunting and pecking all over the key board to get your food cooking.

Perfect for my needs

I've been using this microwave for only 2 days now but I'm extremely happy with the cost, size and ease of use. I've already used it to cook veggies, reheat a dinner plate with leftovers and reheat beverages. Has everything I need in a counter top appliance for my smaller sized kitchen.

Excellent for a small space!

We had our previous GE microwave for 23 years! So, it was a no-brainer to select another GE product. I love the mute sound button which is a must for our early work schedules. This unit is solid and easy to open with one hand. It's difficult to find a microwave that fits into a small space, but this microwave is compact and sits on a shelf mounted below a standard 12 inch deep hanging cabinet.
