Humble and effective

Bought this as a replacement for my small microwave and it does the job perfectly without too much fuss.
Plus: I love that the defrost function actually defrosts and does not cook the chicken at the same time.
Minus: I guess I wish I could just type in the cooking time instead of having to push a button first, but it's fine. I mostly only use the 30-sec repeat button anyways.

I got this compact size lower 700 watts to replace larger unit higher 1000 watts. Push button to open door is awkward. Push button release should be towards the right rather than left. As expected longer cooking time. Instruction booklet doesn’t explain how to use features like reheat code very well...otherwise nice unit & hoping it lasts for years.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Many of are Boomers and older users. There is not enough contrast on the keypad to read the settings. Your designers need to stick to the standard White on Black or Black on White for easy readability.

I wish I had been able to see this in person.. Bought this on on line ; the brand I wanted was back ordered.
The control panel plastic after a couple of months is already wearing out.
the instructions are not intuitive; it doesn't heat well.
One can not w/o going thru several steps heat for less than 30 seconds.Intervals of either a minute ( and increments there of ) plus 30 seconds are the quickest.Not just hitting the amount of time one wants.
Heating seems to be haphazard..never know if the food will be hot of not.
The ONLY positive ( besides the price) is the size..
Why did I buy this? the Microwave I had ( and loved ) died.. and I needed a new one fast. this was available..next time Patience..
