Disappointed in the performance of this microwave. Takes much longer to heat and reheat than anticipated. Bought it because of smaller countertop size, which I am pleased with, and primarily for heating leftovers and beverages. Takes so much longer than my previous microwave.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

LOVE MY SMALL MICROWAVE

I was skeptical downsizing from an over the stove microwave to this small one that I have in my pantry closet. It is perfect. Heating takes a smidge more time but it is totally worth the extra seconds. It is there when I need it and out of sight when I don't. I love the express keys for food that takes 6 minutes or less to heat/cook!

Perfect for tiny kitchen!

I just moved into a small apartment with very limited counter space. This is the perfect fit! I'd had similar but larger G E for many years so I'm counting on this one to be just as reliable. Love the "mute" and the "add 30 secs".

It is a little small but it is OK. It doesn't seem to be vented very well. A lot of steam comes out when you open the door and a lot of condensation inside the door.

I have been searching for as microwave that met both my space requirements and also had all the features I was looking for. The GE JES1072SHSS met all my requirements. It's simple to use, works extremely well and is also very attractive! In short, this microwave is a bargain and a winner!
