Like the size, first one only lasted three years

We remodeled our kitchen three years ago and we bought this microwave because we liked the size and style. It does seem to create a lot of condensation, but it worked well overall. A few weeks ago it started sparking and died. We bought the same one as a replacement because it’s one of the few models that will fit on the shelf we have for it. We’re hoping this one lasts longer. So far so good.

Countertop microwaves need adequate air clearance on each side, the rear and the top to function properly. This allows good circulation for the intake and discharge air vents. We recommend 3" of clearance on both sides and the top and 1" clearance in the rear.

Rusting out after 5 years

Great microwave. Until it started rusting out on the inside. Now there’s rust in all of the corners, and the ceiling, and the heating element. Do not buy unless you only wanna keep it for four years

Love the brand GE hope that this one will last as long as my other one did I used it for 27 years and it was a GE to. I bought an Hamilton Beach microwave in December 2019 and it only lasted a year and 4 months so I went for the GE again.

Good microwave, dissappointing quality

I was searching for the smallest countertop microwave that would fit a plate of food (we have Fiestaware plates for reference) and no more. This was the model I ultimately selected. It microwaves well, if a little slowly, though that is to be expected given it's power output. Overall I was very pleased with it until the plastic on the number pad started deteriorating after only a month or two of ownership. I've attached a photo but the microwave already looks substantially worse. It still works fine but I'm disappointed that whoever made it didn't realize the plastic keypad coating was not sufficiently durable. Ultimately I cannot recommend it.
