The biggest negative is the numbers/words display. It is absolutely impossible to read the words unless you have great lighting. Hard to find the right buttons to push, and if you don't cover them with a film (like a smartphone cover), the letters and numbers rub off immediately, making it impossible to know which button to push. The oven itself works fine. Obviously not powerful, but that is a choice you make with this price.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We're happy with this as a step-down in size and power. Things that have taken some adjustments: Hard to read controls; controls a tad tough to actuate; fog-like "cloud" in upper third of window (plastic overlay on window?); and visibility issues. Otherwise, very good performance.

works good but we are having a hard time getting use to the smaller watts. This is easier to use than the older one and cooks more evenly.

Have had this about a week. Am still forgetting to push the Time Cook when that's what's needed. Pushing a 1 or a 5 gets immediate cook.
Seems like it cooks quicker than my old "1000 watt" oven. Maybe that's 'cause it's clean.
Do like the quieter beep.
