I researched quite a bit before purchasing this microwave and the biggest downfall according to the editorial reviews is that this model does not have sensor reheat. That's a feature I never used, anyway, so I don't miss it. What was important to me was that I get as much room in the interior as possible since I am replacing a large microwave. Standard pyrex-type 9x13 casserole dishes will not fit inside because of the handles, but a slightly smaller one will fit if put in lengthwise (front to back), so I can live with that. It does have the buttons/controls that I wanted, so that's how I came to choose this particular microwave. What the specs can't tell you is whether the beep is annoying and if it repeats endlessly until stopped. The beep is loud enough to hear from other parts of the house and it beeps 4 times and then stops. It does not repeat endlessly (like my old microwave that drove me crazy). I haven't had it long, but so far, it's doing what I want it to do.
I would recommend this to a friend!

not satisfied with door shut and open to hard, i tried using oil on th latches but it helped only for a short time

I bought this yesterday because mine went out the night before. My husband use it every night when he comes home from work. So it was a must have right away.
