Had one year. Need to replace wave guard.

Started to spark, so I need to replace waveguard. From what I hear, Not uncommon with any microwave, but first time it happened to me in over 30 years of microwave use.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Two problems:
1. The door opener button is very stiff.
2. The number pad is very difficult to see unless I shine a bright light on it. It would be perfect if that pad would light up.

Just Purchased As A Gift For My Mother...

I just purchased this microwave recently for my Mother. It replaces one she's had for almost ten years. It was the look and price value that appealed to me.
But I noticed that on the left side of the oven, the housing is a bit loose at the bottom half-way up the left side. Not as tight as the side with the settings pad. I just want to know if this is something I (or She) need to worry about. And will have to take it back.
