I bought this item over 2 months ago and I am very happy with the microwave. The microwave heats food quickly and works well. The only thing I did not like about the product is the push button to open the microwave, it's a little hard but other than that item works great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I bought a new microwave as the paint in my old one was peeling. This has been easy to get used too, and does a good job of heating food uniformly. The only thing I would change is the push button to open feature....I feel a handle you pull to open is easier to use.

We've had his microwave for a few months and are disappointed. It is not very powerful. Plus we have trouble with the buttons - they don't always respond to our touch. Very frustrating.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice for an apartment dweller

Great microwave for anyone looking for a compact, powerful and good looking machine. Very happy with it after four months of use. The features are easy to use. I use the Start/+30 seconds button a lot. I also like the 1-touch "express cook" buttons because you can enter 1 minute, 2 minutes, etc. by just one press of the numbers 1 through 6 without even needing to hit the start button after that. I like how the microwave tells you if there has been a power failure while away from home. That is a nice touch. It also reminds you if you forgot to put food in before starting the microwave, and if you forget to take the food back out. If you are short on counter space, this microwave fits nicely on the inexpensive wire shelving that you can buy for apartments, dorms, etc. with the shelving platforms measuring 13.5" x 23". It looks nice and modern. The exterior does require frequent cleaning, as fingerprints show up easily on both the stainless steel looking parts and the black parts.

I thought I would love this microwave when my previous one stopped working but I did not. You have to push the buttons super hard to make them work and they are not in a logical order. It also was much smaller than I expected and shorter so I could not stack my two plates (with the plate stacker) to heat two plates up at once.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
