The outside is beautiful silver and it works very well. When my husband opened it up he got very upset. He said "The microwave is the wrong color." I went to see and I started to laugh...he didn't realize the protective cover was blue! I peeled it off and we both had a good laugh.

GE is an excellent company to deal with! This microwave is 950 watts, which I find is perfect for me. It never burns the popcorn! Works perfectly. I truly love all of its features.

We love this microwave, but the 1st. One lasted 5 months, under 1year GE warranty, got it replaced. Then the 2nd one lasted 11 month, got it replaced. One only knows how long the 3rd one will last. Happy to see thier warranty is good.
