I really like this microwave. It takes up less space than my old one and matches my other appliances. The features are great and it’s easy to use. Very quiet while operating. I don’t understand the reviews of people complaining that it’s noisy when opening/closing. It sounds normal to me. This microwave is exactly what I needed and it was a great price. I definitely recommend.

Performs well BUT does not open and close smoothly

the unit works very well...I especially like the 30 second feature that is just right for heating my coffee. It's quiet. What I don't like is the door latch...it requires force to close and is noisy in operating. Apart from that, it's a great microwave.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Just got it up and running , only thing I wish is that touch pan light up hard to see to set controls ? Other then that so far Avery nice microwave for the price

This microwave oven is a replacement for a 50+ year-old one which has lived with me in two states and three different houses. I went shopping, armed with a list of three models I had researched online, which I thought would be comparable to my old reliable (until now!) one, and after four stops (where they were all listed as "in stock", but weren't) I found this model. It was #2 on my list because of one customer's response that it was "very noisy," which I decided I could live with. However, after plugging it in and cooking my first frozen dinner on it, I was pleasantly surprised! Compared to my old oven, AND more modern ones in my children's and friends' homes, this one is whisper-quiet! And despite my 90 years, I am NOT hard-of-hearing. This oven is a little smaller in size but higher in wattage, more beautiful than my former one and works perfectly! So thank you for an excellent product.

Control panel cracked!

I've had this microwave for less than a month. A few days ago I noticed what I thought was some food on one of the buttons on the control panel. When it didn't come off with a sponge & water I tried scraping it with my fingernail. Then I discovered it wasn't food, it felt like some kind of bubble than then cracked. There was a second button (the 0) that looked like it was doing the same thing. I can't find my receipt from the store, though I do have the Visa bill that shows the date of purchase and price, so I assume they could track it down.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quiet. This thing is so quiet I couldn't believe it was running/working. Simple to program and operate. The instructions were people friendly, not confusing.
