It seems most microwave manufacturers are geared to those who want the microwave above the stove. It is getting harder and harder to get a good countertop model microwave.

Works fine but is a step down from our last oven

This microwave is a good model and works well. It is of good and sound construction and is very affordable. My only gripe is that the touchpad requires more physical pressure to work than our last model. Aside from this, the machine is attractive and fits easily on a countertop. Hopefully, it will last as long as the one it replaced, which we used for over 15 years.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The microwave woks very well. If I had to, I would buy it again. There is one thing I would have GE fixed. The forward facing right side panel vibrates a little when the microwave is on. The should run a beed down the side to prevent this from happening. I love the small footprint of the microwave, and fits well on the counter.

Bought as a replacement for an over the stove the died, in process of renovating kitchen, bought this one to use until done, price was right and it works great and is quiet.

Our off brand microwave started to act funny. Wanted to buy a name brand one and not break the bank. This one is a great size and was a fairly decent price. No complaints so far, been using it for a week.
