Only had the microwave a month or so. So far all is well. Simple to use Just what we needed for our smaller space.

Nice little microwave

We like the relatively small foot print yet substantial capacity. Only problem was with the plug. The plug was flat which is good for kicking the cord off to the side but the plug was also an in-line design in stead of an off-set design. For us that meant locating the microwave on a different counter top because the in-line plug design interferred with the second plug in the outlet.

Haven't used all of the features yet but I like its size (for a counter top model) and the power. It's a bit loud but not annoyingly so.

I bought this to replace my old GE microwave. If previous experience predicts future performance this product will last a long time. I like the turntable and single button operation.

This was the only name brand microwave I could find to fit the space I have available in my kitchen. I am short so an above the stove microwave is not a good fit for me.
