The button to open and close is a little harder than it should be , to shut it it moves the whole microwave

Works fine but is super noisy. Fan seems non existent and it puts out a noisy hum when in operation

Great microwave. Perfect size and amount of power. Easy to clean and attractive. Beeping stops when you open the door. Only wish the timer was in a more convenient spot and that you didn't have to press time cook before you can enter your cook time. We bought a different brand first and it died after a month!
