Have only had it for a couple months. Works good so far. Did not come with much of an owners manual. Had to go online to try to find information. Still do not know how to use the timer function for more than a minute. (It keeps saying "food" after you punch the desired time.) I could not find any useful info in the manual. Other than that, it works well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Have only had it for a week, but so far so good. The only thing I dislike is that the door is harder to open and closes louder than our previous GE microwave. Hoping this one will last 10 years like our old one.
