It's pretty loud and the door is a bit hard to open and close. Other than that, works just fine, no issues.

Hello betzu - Thanks for the feedback. If you find that your microwave door closes loudly or is harder to close than your previous model, the difference in the door noise is due to a firmer spring in the door latch; this is a normal condition for the microwave. You can lift up on the latch to feel the tension.

Need work on easy of use

The microwave works great but the ease of use needs a bit of work. The controls are a bit over complicated and lack any useful guidance on the microwaves screen.

Ease of use and safety feature

The manual that came with the product summarized features for a number of models, so I downloaded the specific manual for my model. It was very helpful and described more features, but not all. I keep discovering more convenient features as I use it. The "Start/plus 30 seconds" is an inspired convenience, as is the ability to simply press 1 or 2-6 for 1-step programming, without having to press "Time cook", then the number of minutes. And it is impossible to accidentally heat an empty oven because it won't start unless the door has been opened. I was satisfied with the microwave oven that I used for the previous 12 years but am delighted to have chanced upon a replacement that I have daily enthusiasm for.
