we searched on line for information on countertop microwaves and we chose ge for it price and convenience of use. it also matched the existing look of our other kitchen appliances. after using it for a few days it preforms just as advertised. we are very happy with the quality and ease of use.

Cautiously Optomistic

This is our third G.E. microwave. First one lasted almost 30 years. Figured we should buy another G.E. because of the track record. Second one lasted 14 MONTHS. Just out of warranty. Only reason we bought another was because of a credit certificate we received from G.E. after complaining. Sent the certificate in but have not seen the refund yet.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
