It is a nice microwave but find it hard to push the button to open it and sometimes it does not heat as hot as I would like it.

I purchased this micrwave because it has all the features I wanted. I have used it several times and heats food very efficently. I haven't tried the defrost feature yet. The only complaint is it seems noisy.
