It’s so quiet.

I just received this new microwave. My impression so far is that is just as good as or better than the more expensive models. The microwave this GE is replacing cost half again more, was noisier and shook its stand when operating. Besides the easy to use buttons this GE is smooth running and so much quieter. I’ve had to check it a couple times to see if it was actually working because it’s so quiet. I think I’ll like this machine a lot.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Reasonably priced microwave with all the features needed in replacing our previous countertop microwave. Easy to use and relatively quieter than our previous one which was not a GE.

Extremely disappointed with this very mediocre appliance. Rattles, stopped working for awhile - needed to search....extensively...online for an article that explained what the issue was which was correctable. Not a good purchase and we ended up buying a different microwave, saving this in the basement as a backup.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Replaced an 8 year old model that stopped functioning properly. B/C the old MW was a GE, we chose to replace it with another GE. Same functions which made set up and use easy.

It does a decent job with the cooking, thawing, etc., but it's noisy, the door-opening button is too hard to push, and the type on the control panel can be hard to read.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Bought this GE microwave to replace an older GE. Keypad updates from the older model make it quicker and easier to use.
