Don't like that keypads don't light up

I like it, but am not impressed with keypad feature because it does not light up and makes it difficult to see the selection you are making.

needs a handle!

Our previous microwave lasted for 12 years and we loved it. It was almost identical to this one except that it had a handle. We didn't realize that it would be such an issue to push the door-opening button -- it is a struggle. This is especially bad if anyone has arthritis in their hand or do not have a lot of strength in their hand. A handle would make this machine just about perfect!

Small But Powerful

I just bought a countertop microwave because it is easier to reach than an above the stove microwave and am extremely happy. It is a little smaller, but quite powerful. I like the updated look of stainless steel, and it more than does the job. Happy in Baltimore!

Good price for a microwave of this size. It is very powerful, does not take a long time to heat the food and there is no water condensation. The microwave I had, which was also a GE, but much more smaller used to condense like crazy.

The microwave does it’s job. Only thing it’s glass plate vibrates more than my last one. Also the panel now has some nail marks which is weird as that part must be most resistant to any nail marks. Encountered it first time In a microwave.
