It is your basic household microwave that won't break the bank, we use ours just to heat up frozen vegetables and leftovers, basic, etc. The defrost feature is not that great, struggles to defrost solid frozen foods. Also the door is fairly loud when closing. For us it is OK.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Works, nice appearance. Needed to replace our broken microwave and this one fit mainly for the dimensions for the counter it sits on.

Already have some problems

The first several weeks everything was quiet and smooth when operating the microwave. Just the past week it has started making noises when the microwave is operating....we have readjusted the rotating plate and checked to be sure it's on it's track. Sometimes it works okay, then it sounds like it's laboring to rotate, even just heating something lightweight, like a hamburger bun or other lightweight item.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This replaced a similar model from a competitor that lasted ~8 years for our family. We have been happy with it to this point and noticed it is considerably quieter than our prior microwave.
