Using the product for a month or so. Heats the food well. The often used buttons (Start/Off/1) seeing the plastic wearing off. Not happy with that.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

compact but suffiecent

This product met our needs after replacing a Magic Chef of the same measurements on the inside plate. This is a bit more compact which is a space saver on our counter top. I only wish it had a handle to open and close rather than the push button.
I would recommend this to a friend!

After a whole 3 months of use, I went to open the door today, only to find out the button is broke, and the door will not open. Really GE, this is the quality of yur product now?

Easy to Use

I wanted a microwave with one-touch options. You can easily push the 30 sec button even while it is on -- it will just add the 30 secs to the time already on display. It heats up food better than a higher wattage microwave (which I returned) before this one. I am very happy with this microwave.

We enjoy having a more powerful microwave as our old one was only 700 and most times thinks took a long time to get ready. Particularly like potatoes option! Great so far!
