Read a lot of good reviews on this product so I purchased it online. First thing that I noticed when I had the appliance is that there is a loud thud sound everytime I open the door halfway, somewhat like a metal rubbing each other. My microwave is still new can’t give any reviews yet regarding its performance.

This microwave does what it’s supposed to do - cook food evenly. It’s got a nice sized removable glass tray, is easy to clean, isn’t too loud, and has all the snazzy bells and whistles. I probably won’t even use all the features it has.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We needed a fairly inexpensive counter top microwave to use for the duration of the Coronavirus pandemic, because our built in Maytag got pretty wonky in its keypad action. Our new GE well, is easy to use, and has plenty of power. I find it a bit noisy, compared to the built in, but I can deal with that easily.
I would recommend this to a friend!
