I called last month thinking my microwave was messing up as it was making a loud noise but found that it was just pushed back to the wall and was the vibration of it . It works well now and when i called i got great customer service even though was told to call back during week days.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great size to power ratio, with a fair price. I was able to put full size plates inside and the turntable is 12 inch plus. Good looking little guy and the buttons are responsive. Seems like this will be a good little microwave.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The product seems to work/cook well and so far I am happy with it, this is my only pro comment.
Cons: Buttons are hard to read both lettering and numerals. The white on those buttons is not bright enough and seem to fade into the dark black, almost unreadable. I also found the buttons need quite a bit pressure to actually "register."
The stainless steel cabinet is nice but finger marks all over and not that desirable for me.

The buttons take a little getting used to but the unit has enough power and space to get the job done. It's also so quiet compared to all of the microwave ovens I've had in the past. I wasn't sure if it was working right. It is.
