I'm giving it 5 starts because it does what we need it to do, it warms our food well and it is not difficult to use the different functions. However, in its attempt to make things easier, it complicates simple processes. For example, if you need to warm something for 10 minutes, it will not let you enter "10:00" and start. The moment you press "1" it automatically starts warming for 1 minute due to the Express Cook function. We worked around this is by pressing 1 then pressing the "Start/+30 sec" button until we reach ten minutes. It's not hard, but I wish I could simply enter 10 minutes, start, and walk away. There are a few more similar issues, all equally minor, but overall it works great.
