This product has been great to use although I wish had gotten one with a higher wattage. 950 is lower than the one I had but forgot to check this out when purchasing this one. Otherwise I am enjoying using this product

Nice features, plenty power.I have owned it less than a month. I believe through experience with a GE Refrigerator that still performs flawlessly after more than 30 years,that I will be just as pleased with this microwave.

Controls too hard to read

When my old microwave (a GE of similar dimensions) died, pandemic emergency measures limited my choices and my ability to shop for a new one. I would have preferred a white unit, but settled for black, which I regret. The typeface on the controls is too thin to provide adequate visual contrast, at least for these middle-aged eyes and in unlit corridor where my unit is located. I rigged up a spotlight in order to be able to read the buttons. Also, would it kill you to provide the user's manual in hard copy, as was formerly done?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This is the perfect solution for anyone looking to have a heavy duty microwave without sacrificing counter space. While the wattage is lower, it actually performs better than the higher wattage I replaced. The weight of the unit is perfect...it doesn’t slide all over the place when you open or close the door. My kitchen would not accommodate an over the stove model but I am more than satisfied with my purchase!
