The product works good, including function design, but does not last long. Mine has lasted 3.5 years, then no reaction at all. I searched for a place where I can simply bring the microwave to repair but all supporting information are about "scheduling service" for a trip to my house, which sounds too complicated. I bought another same model because there were not many other choices of the same price range in the near by store.

Great microwave while it worked which wasn't long

Have only owned the microwave for about 5 months and already parts of the display aren't working correctly and specific numbers aren't working when pressed either. First and last GE microwave I have bought and do not recommend and will not buy again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor Quality!

Turntable quit! With less than average use the turntable started making a terrible noise and then quit! I thought GE made quality products, but I guess not. Looks like others encountered the same issue.
