I just got this microwave a few days ago, did not have the opportunity to test all the features, so far it seems like it is a smart appliance: doesn't start without food inside!

Works great but plastic poor finishes

The product works well, items need to hear generally longer than directed. However, plastic covering buttons on keypads wore off and bubbled within weeks. This is unsightly but does not impact functionality.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Simple to operate

Rather noisey than the one it has replaced which was a Panasonic inverter that was purchased in 1996. It died 2 months ago.
