Needed Cheap Microwave

During this shelter-in-place period in our life we need reasonably priced items in order to replace necessities. I think a microwave qualifies as a necessity! This GE microwave fits the bill. My only complaint - I need the numbers to light up when the light is dim in the kitchen.! 'nuf said!!

It’s always been a great product GE. I grew up with GE my entire life. I’m a union electrician and I love the GE products not only as a consumer but also in the commercial and industrial field. Keep up the good work.

Control panel too dark

I love everything but the control panel. Able to see during the day but too dark at night even with lights.

No complaints. It's light enough to be able to pick up and move around, but heavy enough so that it doesn't slide when you push any of the buttons. I also like how it beeps every few minutes or so to remind you that you left something in the microwave. We are bad for reheating things and walking away, only to find them the next day. This model will remind you that it's there!
