This microwave is a big disappointment! I had a profile microwave like this for 20 years and it was perfect. This one send cheaply made. The door is very difficult to open. You have to keep pressing as hard as you can to get it to open. We have figured out that if you touch and push down slightly on the top of the door and push the button it will open. It also doesn't have the ability to turn off the sound which was s feature my previous microwave had. It doesn't seem to heat the food as quickly. This microwave shows fingerprints more than my other microwave did. I am constantly cleaning the door.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Product! Bad sticker placement.

Sleek, elegant, great addition to the movie room bar. Only complaint is that on the touch screen is a sticker reminding you to remove the blue film. It is really hard to get the sticker off. It caused me to scuff the touchscreen some. Disappointed my perfect microwave is marred by scratches on the touchpad where I was trying to remove the sticker. Haven’t even used the microwave yet. Bad idea for a sticker here.

Controls need better features

The alarm chirp is not loud enough. My older GE had 2-3 times the volume.
